Building a self-reliant nation through education for children, empowerment of women, and skills for youth.

"True welfare is not about creating dependency on charity; it is about building the wings of education and the hands of skill so families can soar on their own."
In 2018, during widespread field visits across peri-urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh, our founding members witnessed a recurring tragedy: brilliant children forced out of school due to petty family debts, talented women with exceptional handicraft skills confined by lack of markets, and young graduates sitting idle without job-ready skills.
That encounter led to the formal founding of Prashant Welfare Society. Starting with a modest free evening tuition center under a village banyan tree with 22 students, the organization has expanded into a full-scale social movement encompassing 42 learning centers, 185 women Self-Help Groups, 3 computer academies, and regular healthcare drives.
An enlightened, self-reliant India where every child, irrespective of social or financial background, receives top-tier educational foundations; where every woman commands economic dignity; and where every youth is equipped with skills that guarantee stable livelihood.
To dismantle systemic barriers to human flourishing by establishing decentralized village learning centers, funding self-sustaining Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs), running modern vocational academies, and providing primary health support to the most marginalized sections.
Dignity: We respect the inherent dignity of every human being.
Integrity: Unyielding transparency in every rupee spent.
Empowerment: Creating independent producers, not passive recipients.
Inclusivity: Zero discrimination based on caste, religion, or gender.
