Prashant Welfare Society is dedicated to ensuring that every child receives quality schooling, every rural woman achieves financial independence through self-help groups, and unemployed youths gain career-ready technical skills.
"To create an equitable society where poverty never bars a child from learning, nor restricts a woman or youth from thriving."
Prashant Welfare Society is an officially registered non-profit organization established to uplift marginalized communities through sustainable human empowerment.
Drawing inspiration from dedicated grassroots social workers and pioneers in social reform, our team works at ground zero across Uttar Pradesh and surrounding regions. We don't just provide short-term relief—we build educational frameworks, micro-entrepreneurship networks for women, and vocational training centers that eliminate unemployment permanently.
Ensuring zero school dropouts through remedial coaching, digital libraries, and holistic growth.
Empowering mothers and rural women with tailoring clusters, handicraft, and micro-savings.
Bridging the unemployment gap with technical, coding, hardware, and vocational skill certifications.
Organizing free preventive health camps, eye clinics, maternal care, and emergency disaster relief.
We implement community-led, sustainable programs that tackle the foundational obstacles of illiteracy, gender inequality, and lack of livelihood opportunities.
Child Education
We operate village learning centers offering supplementary academic coaching, joyful learning kits, digital tablet learning, and enrollment drives to prevent child labour.
Women Empowerment
Providing modern sewing machines, fabric design workshops, handicraft clusters, and financial literacy so rural women become self-reliant breadwinners for their households.
Unemployment Alleviation
Combating rural unemployment through IT computer courses, basic programming, hardware repair, accounting (Tally/GST), soft skills, and direct recruitment partnerships.
Healthcare & Relief
Organizing regular medical clinics in remote villages, providing free doctor consultations, cataract screenings, prescription eyeglasses, and essential medicines.
At Prashant Welfare Society, every single rupee you donate goes directly toward supporting a child’s school bag, empowering a mother to start her tailoring enterprise, or placing a jobless youth in a steady career.

Real people whose lives changed permanently through our programs and your generous support.
My parents could not afford school fees and I was forced to stay home taking care of livestock. When Prashant Welfare Society opened the Gyanodaya center in our village, they provided my uniform, books, and extra classes. Today I passed Class 10 with 88% and dream of becoming a teacher.
I had no independent source of income and faced domestic hardship. Joining the Nari Utthan sewing center gave me hands-on training. Now I run our Self-Help Group tailoring unit, stitched 450 school uniforms last term, and earn ₹18,000 every month with total dignity.
After finishing school, I remained unemployed for 2 years without direction. The Rozgar Sankalp computer program taught me office digital tools, data entry, and basic networking. Within 4 months, I cleared an interview and was hired at a logistics hub.
My vision had worsened to where I couldn't navigate our village path. At the free Arogya eye camp, the doctors examined my eyes, identified my condition, and provided prescription glasses free of cost. Being able to see my grandchildren clearly is the greatest blessing.
Real snapshots from our education classrooms, women clusters, skilling labs, and free health camps.
